The Doomsday Heist

Doomsday was first cut 40% in TU 1.73. After player backlash, a server-side fix two days later left it 10% below its old values. Elite Challenge: $50,000 per act. Sources disagree on setup costs ($25,000 per act vs. $65k / $95k / $120k), so check in game.
Original heists (2015)
| Heist | Easy | Normal | Hard | Setup |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Fleeca Job (2p) | $100,625 | $201,250 | $251,563 | $11,500 |

| The Pacific Standard Job (4p) | $750,000 | $1,500,000 | $1,875,000 | $25,000 |
Base payouts are unchanged, and the first completion of each heist per week pays 1.5x. These are total finale takes for the whole crew, before cuts.
One-time heist challenge bonuses

Criminal Mastermind's $10 million is still one of the biggest one-time payouts in GTA Online, but it needs a committed four-player crew and zero deaths across every heist.

How to make the most of the weekly bonus
- Host each heist's finale once per week. The bonus applies per heist, per host, after the Thursday reset.
- Take turns hosting. In a crew, each member's first-of-week finale as host gets the bonus, so rotate who leads.
- Grind Cayo Perico between bonus runs. It has no weekly bonus, but solo players can repeat it every 144 minutes.

Frequently asked questions
Which GTA Online heist pays the most in 2026?
Per run, the Diamond Casino Heist is still the biggest: Hard Diamonds is $2,533,300 and about $4,711,938 on your first finale of the week. For solo players, Cayo Perico remains the best repeatable heist, and the Kortz Center Heist pays up to $1.9M on its first run each week.
Did Rockstar nerf heist payouts?
Yes. Title Update 1.73 (July 14, 2026) cut repeat payouts for Cayo Perico, the Diamond Casino Heist, the Doomsday Heist and several newer jobs. In exchange, the host's first finale of each week now pays a bonus: 1.5x to about 4x depending on the job.
What is the weekly heist bonus in GTA Online?
Since TU 1.73, the first time a host completes a given heist finale in each Thursday-to-Thursday week, it pays more: about 1.86x for the Casino Heist, 1.5x for the original heists, about 1.22x for Doomsday and 4x for the Kortz Center. Cayo Perico doesn't get this bonus.
Were the original 2015 heists changed?
Their base payouts stayed the same, and they now get a 1.5x bonus on the first completion each week. Setup mission rewards were also raised.
