Support crew cuts and vault time
Your gunman, driver and hacker each take a percentage of the take. The hacker matters most, because their skill sets how long you have inside the vault before reinforcements arrive. Run out of time and you leave money behind.

Value pick: the cheapest gunman and driver are fine for most runs because they don't affect the vault. Spend on the hacker: Avi or Paige when the target is Gold or Diamonds.
Fees and cuts
- Lester takes 5% of the take.
- Buyer: the community consensus is 10% for a low-level buyer, 5% mid, and nothing for high. High-level buyers are farther away, so the drive is longer. We couldn't confirm these percentages from an official source.
- Setup: the leader pays $25,000 per run (free the first time). You need an Arcade and to be a CEO, VIP or MC President.
- Player cuts: minimum 15% each; the leader sets the split.
- Elite Challenge: $50,000 on Normal, $100,000 on Hard. Every approach needs under 15 minutes and nobody wasted, plus: undetected with no failed hacks (Silent & Sneaky), undetected (Big Con), or 80 headshots (Aggressive).
